Election Information

The election for the board of directors for the Mirimar Arms Condominium Association is held annually during the annual membership meeting.

A membership meeting packet is mailed out a couple of month before the scheduled membership meeting. This includes an intent to run form which each owner who desires to serve on the board should fill out and return by the deadline included in the materials. A

A second membership meeting packet is mailed a few weeks before the membership meeting. This packet contains the members who have submitted their intent to run forms. The members then will vote for 5 of the members out of the field who have submitted their names to run.

Keep in mind, this second membership packet is not sent if there are 5 or less members who run for a director spot, as there is no election because there are 5 spots, and 5 or less members to fill those spots. So all members who run in this case of 5 or less submissions are automatically assigned a director role on the new board.

The 2024 election was held on Tuesday, January 9th, 2024 at 5pm, poolside.

The 2023 election was held on Tuesday, February 28th, 2023 at 5pm, poolside.

The 2019 election was held on Thursday, January 24th, 2019 at 4pm, poolside.

The 2018 election was held on Monday, April 2nd, 2018 at 6pm, poolside.

The 2017 election was held on Friday, March 24th, 2017 at 7pm, poolside.
