Condominium Association Documents

Some of the official condominium documents are included below. These are the original documents, which have not been updated since the Condo was formed in the 80s. There have been several attempts to update the documents over the years. However, fifty-one percent (51%) of all 30 owners (16 units out of 30) have to approve these changes at a meeting where proxies are not allowed, and the Board of Directors has never managed to get the 16 in person votes necessary for said approval.
