Board of Directors Meetings

Meetings of the Board of Directors take place as required or as scheduled by the board. The board will agree to the time, date and location of a meeting, and notices will be posted on the bulletin boards located on the first floor of each of our 3 buildings. In addition, an email notice will generally be sent out by our management company to those who have opted in to receive email notices. And of course the annual board meeting schedule is listed at the top of the home page as linked above.
The meetings are held at the tables in our fenced in pool area. Usually the gate door is open during the meeting if you forget your pool key. Times and dates are always subject to change. Again you can sign up for email from the property management company, or you can check the bulletin boards regularly for the next scheduled meeting.
